    (This shake has an amazing amount of vitamins and nutrients and 110 fewer calories than the Ensure shake I was drinking a few days ago. This is a very good find!)
  • Total Breakfast Calories = 240 (110 calories under Breakfast allotment)
  • Total Breakfast Carbs = 41 g
  • Cumulative Calories as of Breakfast – 240
  • (1,760 calories under 2,000 calorie daily allotment)
Lunch

(660 calories allotted)

  • 1 Bottle of Carnation Breakfast Essentials Shake – 240 calories (Carbs: 41 g)
    (Decided to carry this drink over to lunch)
  • Total Lunch Calories = 240 (420 calories under Lunch allotment)
  • Total Lunch Carbs = 41 g
  • Cumulative Calories as of Lunch – 480 (WHAT!!! That’s less than I usually eat in a single meal and I am not hungry!)
  • (1,520 calories under 2,000 calorie daily allotment)
Dinner

(1,000 calories allotted)

  • 1 L of Strawberry Water – 10 calories (Carbs: 4 g)
  • Chef’s Salad – 180 calories (Carbs: 12 g)
  • Salad Dressing – 180 calories (Carbs: 44 g)
  • Total Dinner Calories = 370 (630 calories under Lunch allotment)
  • Total Dinner Carbs = 60 g
  • Cumulative Calories as of Dinner – 1,110
  • (890 calories under 2,000 calorie daily allotment)
