Web design school starts back up on Monday, so I am again adjusting my sleep schedule. This means early rising and early breakfast. I am also taking snacks during the day, but I am reducing my breakfast calorie allotment and limiting snacks to 200 calories or less.

7:00 am (570 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Strawberry Water – 2.5 calories (Carbs: .5 g)
  • 8 oz of Almond Milk – 80 calories (Carbs: 14 g)
  • 1 Sausage Griddle Cake Sandwich – 350 calories (Carbs: 36 g)
  • Total Breakfast Calories = 432.5 (137.5 calories under Breakfast allotment)
  • Still figuring out what my daily Carb allotment should be.
  • (1,567.5 calories under 2,000 calorie daily allotment)
Snack (1)

12:00 noon (200 calories allotted)

  • 1/2 L of Strawberry Water – 5 calories (Carbs: 2 g)
  • 3 Red Vines Licorice Twists – 100 calories (Carbs: 25 g)
  • Total Snack (1) Calories = 105 (95 calories under Snack (1) allotment)
  • (1,462.5 calories under 2,000 calorie daily allotment)
Lunch

2:50 pm (660 calories allotted)

  • 1/2 L of Strawberry Water – 5 calories (Carbs: 2 g)
  • Chef Salad – 135 calories (Carbs: 9 g)
  • Dressing – 90 calories (Carbs: 22 g)
  • Corn Chips – 150 calories (Carbs: 16 g)
  • Mini Donuts – 210 calories (Carbs: 29 g)
  • Total Lunch Calories = 585 (75 calories under Lunch allotment)
  • (1,122.5 calories under 2,000 calorie daily allotment)
Dinner

8:54 pm (800 calories allotted)

  • 12 oz of Cranberry Gingerale – 70 calories (Carbs: 18 g)
  • 2 Chicken Egg Rolls – Chef Salad – 458.4 calories (Carbs: 67.6 g)
  • Mini Donuts – 210 calories (Carbs: 29 g)
  • Total Dinner Calories = 738.4 (61.6 calories under Dinner allotment)
  • (139.1 calories under 2,000 calorie daily allotment)
