I have been overhauling my fashion design website. I am designing some new apparel and accessories that I will showcase in a virtual fashion week in the Spring. Check out my most popular garment from my previous fashion show: the GSNY Butterfly Mini Shirt (transforms from a shirt to a mini dress). I just completed the new About page layout (below).   • Cottage Cheese – 330 calories
  • Total Breakfast Calories = 680 (10 calories over Breakfast allotment)
Lunch

(660 – Breakfast overage = 650 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • Country Potato Salad – 260 calories (Carbs: 30 g)
  • 1 Can of Sliced Peaches – 350 calories (Carbs: 25 g)
  • Total Breakfast Calories = 610 (40 calories under Lunch allotment)
Dinner

(670 + Lunch leftover = 710 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1/2 Pint of Chicken Fried Rice – 255 calories (Carbs: 77 g)
  • Beijing Chicken – 550 calories
  • Total Dinner Calories = 805 (95 calories over Dinner allotment)

Charity: Water Campaign

On Saturday, September 6, 2020, I became a Spring Member, pledging a donation to charity: water every month. I also started a fundraising campaign for charity: water called, “Songs For Water.” This fundraiser is to help charity: water build the much needed water projects around the world. Read my post about this. With just a little work, we’ve already raised enough money to give water to one beautiful life for an entire year! Your support really goes a long way. We have 10 days left and only $100 remaining to reach our goal before this campaign ends. Let’s smash this goal!
