To help curb my calories and maximize my metabolism, I am restricting my solid foods to the hours of 8:30 am to 9 pm. No solid foods after 9 pm means only water and other liquids before bedtime. Even if I wake up early or have to go to work in the morning, I will not eat any solid foods before 8:30 am. This gives me a window of 15 minutes to eat breakfast before reporting to work at 8:45.

Tuesday, 9:30 am Breakfast (500 + 2 Missed Snacks (1, 2) = 700 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 2 Pkgs. of Strawberry Instant Oatmeal – 280 calories
  • Total 9:30 am Breakfast calories = 280 (420 calories under Breakfast allotment)
    (1,720 calories under daily allotment)
Lunch

Tuesday, 12:30 pm Lunch (500 + 2 Missed Snacks (3, 4) + Breakfast leftover = 1,120 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1/2 Small Sprite – 70 calories
  • 1 Large Fry – 430 calories
  • 1 Double Bacon Cheeseburger – 400 calories
  • Total 1:30 pm Lunch calories = 900 (220 calories under Lunch allotment)
  • Cumulative calories as of 12:30 pm = 1,180 (820 calories under daily allotment)
Snack (7)

Tuesday, 4:20 pm Snack (7) (500 + 2 Missed Snacks (5, 6) + Lunch leftover = 920 calories allotted): at work

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1 Can of Peach Mango V8 Energy Drink – 70 calories
  • Stax Cheddar Chips – 300 calories
  • Total 4:20 pm Snack (7) calories = 370 (550 calories under Snack (7) allotment)
  • Cumulative calories as of 4:20 pm = 1,550 (450 calories under daily allotment)
Dinner

Tuesday, 8:30 pm Dinner (450 calories allotted)

  • 12 oz of Orange Soda – 100 calories
  • 1 1/2 Baked Potato With Taco Meat – 450 calories
  • Total 8:30 pm Dinner calories = 550 (100 calories over Dinner allotment)
  • Cumulative calories as of 8:30 pm = 2,100 (450 calories under daily allotment)

Total calories consumed: 280 + 900 + 370 + 550 = 2,100 as of 9:34 pm

Charity: Water Campaign

On Saturday, September 6, 2020, I became a Spring Member, pledging a donation to charity: water every month. I also started a fundraising campaign for charity: water called, “Songs For Water.” This fundraiser is to help charity: water build the much needed water projects around the world.
