After yesterday, today felt like a binge.

Monday, 6:30 am Breakfast (500 calories allotted)

  • 1 Glass of Lemonade – 150 calories
  • 1 Pancake and Sausage Meal – 280 calories
  • Total 6:30 am Breakfast calories = 430 (70 calories under Breakfast allotment)
    (1,570 calories under daily allotment)

Monday, 9:30 am Snack (3) (100 + 2 Missed Snacks (1, 2) + Breakfast leftover = 370 calories allotted): at work

  • 1/2 Can of Sprite – 95 calories
  • Total 9:30 am Snack (3) calories = 95 (275 calories under Lunch allotment)
  • Cumulative Daily Calories as of 9:30 am = 525
    (1,475 calories under daily allotment)

Monday, 11:30 am Lunch (500 + 1 Missed Snack + Snack (3) leftover = 875 calories allotted)

  • 1/2 Can of Sprite – 95 calories
  • Lay’s Stax Cheddar Chips – 280 calories
  • Total 11:30 am Lunch calories = 375 (500 calories under Dinner allotment)
  • Cumulative Daily Calories as of 11:30 am = 900
    (1,100 calories under daily allotment)

Monday, 2:30 pm Snack (5) (100 + 1 Missed Snack (4) + Lunch leftover = 700 calories allotted)

  • 1 Glass of Kool-Aid – 150 calories
  • Lay’s Stax Cheddar Chips – 280 calories
  • Chicken Crackers – 280 calories
  • Total 2:30 pm Snack (5) calories = 710 (10 calories over Snack (5) allotment)
  • Cumulative Daily Calories as of 2:30 pm = 1,610
    (390 calories under daily allotment)

Monday, 7:30 pm Dinner (390 calories allotted)

  • Chinese Chicken and Vegetables – 590 calories
  • Total 7:30 pm Dinner calories = 590 (200 calories over Dinner allotment)
  • Cumulative Daily Calories as of 7:30 pm = 2,000
    (0 calories under daily allotment)

Total calories consumed: 430 + 95 + 375 + 710 + 590 = 2,200 as of 10:31 pm

Charity: Water Campaign

On Saturday, September 6, 2020, I became a Spring Member, pledging a donation to charity: water every month. I also started a fundraising campaign for charity: water called, “Songs For Water.” This fundraiser is to help charity: water build the much needed water projects around the world. Read my post about this. With just a little work, we’ve already raised enough money to give water to one beautiful life for an entire year! Your support really goes a long way. We have 45 days left before this campaign ends. Let’s smash this goal!
