I stayed up all night until 6:00 am this morning working on my audition for NBC’s The Voice Season 21, and updating my press kit. Finally went to sleep and woke up at 8:30 with just 15 minutes to get to work on time. Almost missed it.

Friday, 9:50 am Snack (3) (Missed Breakfast + 2 Missed Snacks (1, 2) = 700 calories allotted): at work

  • 1/2 Bottle of Watermelon Juice – 200 calories
  • Total 9:50 am Snack (3) calories = 200 (500 calories under allotment)

Friday, 11:30 am Lunch (500 + 1 Missed Snack (4) + Snack (3) leftover = 1,100 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 Bottle of Watermelon Juice – 100 calories
  • Nacho Cheese Bugles Snacks – 250 calories
  • Total 11:30 am Lunch calories = 350 (750 calories under allotment)

Friday, 2:30 pm Snack (7) (100 + 2 Missed Snacks (5, 6) + Lunch leftover = 1,050 calories allotted): at work

  • 1 Can of XS Energy Drink – 10 calories
  • 1 Original Chicken Sandwich From Burger King – 660 calories (I actually skipped the fries (can you believe that?))
  • Total 2:30 pm Snack (7) calories = 670 (380 calories under allotment)

Friday, 9:30 pm Snack (10) (100 + Missed Dinner + 2 Missed Snacks (8, 9) + Snack (7) leftover = 1,180 calories allotted)

  • 1 Glass of Kool-Aid – 150 calories
  • 1 Bowl of Popcorn – 300 calories
  • Total 9:30 pm Snack (10) calories = 450 (730 calories under allotment)

Total calories consumed: 200 + 350 + 670 + 450 = 1,670 as of 9:30 pm

Charity: Water Campaign

On Saturday, September 6, 2020, I became a Spring Member, pledging a donation to charity: water every month. I also started a fundraising campaign for charity: water called, “Songs For Water.” This fundraiser is to help charity: water build the much needed water projects around the world. Read my post about this. With just a little work, we’ve already raised enough money to give water to one beautiful life for an entire year! Your support really goes a long way. We have 49 days left before this campaign ends. Let’s smash this goal!
