  • 10 oz of Vanilla Almond Milk – 80 calories
  • 1 French Toast With Sausage and Syrup Meal – 280 calories
  • 1 Cup of Frosted Flakes Cereal – 140 calories
  • Total 4:23 am Early Breakfast calories = 500 (0 calories under allotment)

Wednesday, 11:30 am Lunch (500 + 3 Missed Snacks (1, 2, 3) = 800 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 Calories
  • 1/2 Bottle of Jumex Mango Nectar – 200 calories
  • 1 Snack Bag of Plain Lays Chips – 260 calories
  • 1 Baby Ruth Candy Bar – 260 calories
  • Total 11:30 am Lunch calories = 720 (80 calories under allotment)

Wednesday, 1:30 pm Snack (5) (100 + 1 Missed Snacks (4) + Lunch leftover = 280 calories allotted): at work

  • 1/2 Bottle of Jumex Mango Nectar – 200 calories
  • Total 1:30 pm Snack (5) calories = 200 (80 calories under allotment)

Wednesday, 2:30 pm Early Dinner (500 + 2 Missed Snacks (8, 9) + Lunch leftover = 760 calories allotted)

  • 12 oz Orange Soda – 190 calories
  • 1 Footlong Ham & Bacon Sub From Subway – 530 calories
  • 2 White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies – 400 calories
  • Total 6:30 pm Early Dinner calories = 1,120 (360 calories over allotment)

Total calories consumed: 500 + 720 + 200 + 1,120 = 2,540 as of 4:21 pm

Charity: Water Campaign

On Saturday, September 6, 2020, I became a Spring Member, pledging a donation to charity: water every month. I also started a fundraising campaign for charity: water called, “Songs For Water.” This fundraiser is to help charity: water build the much needed water projects around the world. Read my post about this. With just a little work, we’ve already raised enough money to give water to one beautiful life for an entire year! Your support really goes a long way. We have 51 days left before this campaign ends. Let’s smash this goal!
