Saturday, 10:30 am Breakfast (500 + 3 Missed Snacks (1, 2, 3) = 800 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 8 oz of Vanilla Almond Milk – 80 calories
  • 1 Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Croissant – 430 calories
  • Total 10:30 am Breakfast calories = 510 (290 calories under allotment)

Saturday, 12:30 pm Lunch (500 + 1 Missed Snack (4) + Breakfast leftover = 890 calories allotted)

  • 10 oz of Lemonade – 120 calories
  • 1 Large Salad With Dressing – 370 calories
  • 1 Bowl of Fruit – 250 calories
  • Total 12:30 pm Lunch calories = 740 (150 calories under allotment)

Saturday, 3:00 pm Snack (7) (100 + 2 Missed Snacks (5, 6) + Lunch leftover = 450 calories allotted)

  • 1 Small Chocolate Moon Pie – 110 calories
  • Total 3:00 pm Snack (7) calories = 110 (340 calories over allotment)

Saturday, 7:30 pm Dinner (500 + 3 Missed Snacks (7, 8, 9) + Snack (7) leftover = 610 calories allotted)

  • 10 oz of Lemonade – 120 calories
  • 1 1/2 Potatoes With Taco Meat – 560 calories
  • Total 7:30 pm Dinner calories = 680 (70 calories over allotment)

Total calories consumed: 510 + 740 + 110 + 680 = 2,040 as of 8:34 pm

Charity: Water Campaign

On Saturday, September 6, 2020, I became a Spring Member, pledging a donation to charity: water every month. I also started a fundraising campaign for charity: water called, “Songs For Water.” This fundraiser is to help charity: water build the much needed water projects around the world. Read my post about this. With just a little work, we’ve already raised enough money to give water to one beautiful life for an entire year! Your support really goes a long way. We have 54 days left before this campaign ends. Let’s smash this goal!

Gotta get back to my homework. Another big test coming up.
