  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1 Pink Lady Apple – 70 calories
  • Total 7:30 am Snack (1) calories = 70 (30 calories under allotment)

Friday, 9:30 am Breakfast (500 + Snack (1) leftover = 530 calories allotted)

  • 4 oz of Mango Nectar – 50 calories
  • 1 Sausage Griddle Cake Sandwich – 350 calories
  • Total 9:30 am Breakfast calories = 400 (130 calories under allotment)

Friday, 10:00 am Snack (2) (100 + Breakfast leftover = 230 calories allotted)

  • 1 Pkg. of Peanut M&M’s – 250 calories
  • Total 10:00 am Snack (2) calories = 250 (20 calories over allotment)

Friday, 11:10 am Lunch (500 – Snack (2) overage = 480 calories allotted)

  • 16 oz Bottle of Sprite – 190 calories
  • Total 12:00 pm Lunch calories = 190 (290 calories under allotment)

Friday, 2 pm Early Dinner (500 + 2 Missed Snacks (3, 4) + Lunch leftover = 990 calories allotted)

  • Chinese Curry Chicken With Fried Rice – 1,000 calories
  • 2 Chicken Egg Rolls – 300 calories
  • Total 2 pm Early Dinner calories = 1,300 (310 calories over allotment)

Taking an early dinner for brain food while I work on my CD release into the night. Due to technical difficulties, the song “Searching For You” is not ready for Spotify. It may be ready to release after the holidays. In the meantime, I am polishing my demo and will release my first music videos soon for some other songs I’ve had for a while without visuals.

Total calories consumed: 70 + 400 + 250 + 190 + 1,300 = 2,210 as of 6:00 pm

Charity: Water Campaign

On Saturday, September 6, 2020, I became a Spring Member, pledging a donation to charity: water every month. I also started a fundraising campaign for charity: water called, “Songs For Water.” This fundraiser is to help charity: water build the much needed water projects around the world. Read my post about this. With just a little work, we’ve already raised enough money to give water to one beautiful life for an entire year! Your support really goes a long way. We have 55 days left before this campaign ends. Let’s smash this goal!

Gotta get back to my homework. Another big test coming up.
