TUESDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Tuesday, 9:00 am Breakfast (500 + 1 Missed Snack (1) = 600 calories allotted)

  • 2 Cups of Skim Milk – 200 calories
  • 1 Cheese Danish – 290 calories
  • Total 8:00 am Breakfast calories = 490 (110 calories under allotment)

Tuesday, 3:00 pm Lunch (500 + 4 Missed Snacks (2, 3, 4, 5) + Breakfast leftover = 1,010 calories allotted): at work

  • 1 Slice of Happy Birthday Sue! Cake – 200 calories
  • 2 Twix Cookie Bars – 250 calories
  • Total 3:00 pm Lunch calories = 450 (560 calories under allotment)

Tuesday, 6:00 pm Dinner (500 + 1 Missed Snack (6) + Lunch leftover = 1,160 calories allotted)

  • 2 Medium Fries From Burger King – 640 calories
  • 1 Original Chicken Sandwich From Burger King – 660 calories
  • Total 6:00 pm Dinner calories = 1,300 (140 calories over allotment)

Tuesday, 9:30 pm Snack (8) (100 + 1 Missed Snack (7) – Dinner overage = 60 calories allotted)

  • 1 Sugar Free Jello Snack Cup – 70 calories
  • Total 9:30 pm Snack calories = 70 (10 calories over allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 490 + 450 + 1,300 + 70 = 2,310.

Charity: Water Campaign

On Saturday, September 6, 2020, I became a Spring Member, pledging a donation to charity: water every month. I also started a fundraising campaign for charity: water called, “Songs For Water.” This fundraiser is to help charity: water build the much needed water projects around the world. Read my post about this. With just a little work, we’ve already raised enough money to give water to one beautiful life for an entire year! Your support really goes a long way. We have 107 days left before this campaign ends. Let’s smash this goal!
