MONDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Monday, 8:00 am Breakfast (500 + Missed Snack (1) = 600 calories allotted)

  • 1/2 Mango Juice – 200 calories
  • 1 Snack Pkg. of Powdered Donuts – 210 calories
  • Total 8:00 am Breakfast calories = 410 (190 calories under allotment)

Monday, 10:00 am Snack (3) (100 + 1 Missed Snack (2) + Breakfast leftover = 390 calories allotted)

  • 8 oz Almond Milk – 80 calories
  • 3 Cups of Captain Crunch Cereal – 450 calories
  • Total 10:00 pm Snack (7) calories = 530 (140 calories over allotment)

Monday, 2:00 pm Lunch (500 + 2 Missed Snacks (4, 5) – Snack (3) overage = 560 calories allotted)

  • 12 oz of Almond Milk – 96 calories
  • 2 Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers Biscuits – 340
  • 4 Tbsp. of Strawberry Jelly – 200 calories
  • Total 2:00 pm Lunch calories = 636 (76 calories over allotment)

Monday, 5:00 pm Snack (7) (100 + 1 Missed Snack (6) – Lunch overage = 124 calories allotted)

  • 1 Bowl of Green Grapes – 102 calories
  • Multigrain Club Crackers – 500 calories
  • Total 5:030 pm Dinner calories = 602 (478 calories under allotment)

Trying to drink only water (no food) and just chew gum if I have cravings for the rest of the night.

Total Calories Consumed: 410 + 530 636 + 602 = 2,187.

Charity: Water Campaign

On Saturday, September 6, 2020, I became a Spring Member, pledging a donation to charity: water every month. I also started a fundraising campaign for charity: water called, “Songs For Water.” This fundraiser is to help charity: water build the much needed water projects around the world. Read my post about this. With just a little work, we’ve already raised enough money to give water to one beautiful life for an entire year! Your support really goes a long way. We have 108 days left before this campaign ends. Let’s smash this goal!
