Sunday, 12:00 pm Lunch (500 + Missed Breakfast + 5 Missed Snacks (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) = 1,500 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 Bottle of Orange Strawberry Sunny D – 60 calories
  • 1 Large Slice of Spinach Lasagne – 500 calories
  • Total 12:00 pm Lunch calories = 560 (940 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 3:00 pm Snack (7) (100 + 1 Missed Snack (6) + Lunch leftover = 1,140 calories allotted)

  • 1/5 Bottle of Orange Strawberry Sunny D – 60 calories
  • 3 Oatmeal Raisin Cookies – 360 calories
  • Total 3:00 pm Snack (7) calories = 420 (720 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 5:00 pm Snack (8) (100 + Snack (7) leftover = 820 calories allotted)

  • 2 Frozen Strawberry Juice Bars – 120 calories
  • 4 Sticks of Sugar Free Watermelon Gum – 20 calories
  • Total 5:00 pm Snack (8) calories = 140 (680 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 7:30 pm Dinner (500 + Snack (8) leftover = 1,180 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 Bottle of Mango Juice – 100 calories
  • 1 Small Slice of Spinach Lasagne – 300 calories
  • Total 7:30 pm Dinner calories = 400 (780 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 11:30 pm Snack (10) (100 + 1 Missed Snack (9) + Dinner leftover = 980 calories allotted)

  • Corn Chips – 300 calories
  • Total 11:00 pm Dinner calories = 300 (1,080 calories under allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 560 + 420 + 140 + 400 + 300 = 1,820.

Charity: Water Campaign

On Saturday, September 6, 2020, I became a Spring Member, pledging a donation to charity: water every month. I also started a fundraising campaign for charity: water called, “Songs For Water.” This fundraiser is to help charity: water build the much needed water projects around the world. Read my post about this. With just a little work, we’ve already raised enough money to give water to one beautiful life for an entire year! Your support really goes a long way. We have 109 days left before this campaign ends. Let’s smash this goal!
