My Daily Food Diary – Day 117

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, September 5, I weighed in at 253.5 pounds – 3.5 pounds more than I weighed after finding out that I was misreading my scale. I have lost 13 pounds and gained 14.5 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, September 12.

AM Notes

THURSDAY FOOD & DRINKS

I did not post a food diary yesterday. I got carried away, engrossed in my homework. I had to work in the morning and had class at night. This morning I have been working on homework and have to go to work in about 15 minutes. Then, I have class tonight, a major project due this weekend, and class on Sunday night.

Thursday, 6:30 am Breakfast (500 calories allotted)

  • 8 oz of Vanilla Almond Milk – 80 calories
  • 1 Banquet French Toast and Sausage Breakfast – 280 calories
  • Total 6:30 am Breakfast calories = 360 (140 calories under allotment)

Thursday, 12:30 pm Lunch (500 + 5 Missed Snacks (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) + Breakfast leftover = 1,140 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1 Pulled Pork Sandwich on a Sweet Bun – 507 calories
  • Total 12:30 pm Lunch calories = 507 (633 calories under allotment)

Thursday, 3:30 pm Snack (7) (100 + 1 Missed Snack (6) + Lunch leftover = 833 calories allotted): at work

  • 1/5 Bottle of Orange Strawberry Sunny D – 60 calories
  • 6 Mini Snickers Bars – 480 calories
  • Total 3:30 pm Snack (7) calories = 540 (293 calories under allotment)

Thursday, 6:20 pm Snack (9) (100 + 1 Missed Snack (8) + Snack (7) leftover = 493 calories allotted)

  • 1/2 Bottle of Mango Pineapple Smoothie – 260 calories
  • Cheese Puffs – 150 calories
  • Total 6:30 pm Snack (9) calories = 410 (83 calories under allotment)

Thursday, 8:30 pm Dinner (500 + Snack (9) leftover = 583 calories allotted)

  • 2 Chicken Pot Pies – 740
  • Total 8:30 pm Dinner calories = 740 (157 calories over allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 360 + 507 + 540 + 410 + 740 = 2,557 as of 8:57 pm.
