My Daily Food Diary – Day 114

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, September 5, I weighed in at 253.5 pounds – 3.5 pounds more than I weighed after finding out that I was misreading my scale. I have lost 13 pounds and gained 14.5 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, September 12.

AM Notes

SUNDAY FOOD & DRINKS

I recently decided to start a high-fat, low-carb diet based on some revelations from Dr. Mark Hyman, MD. I also increased my daily calorie limit to 2,500 since I am getting up earlier and going to bed later due to school, work, and other commitments.

Monday, 8:30 am Breakfast (500 + 2 Missed Snacks (1, 2) = 700 calories allotted)

  • 8 oz of Almond Milk – 80 calories
  • 1 Banquet French Toast and Sausage Breakfast – 280 calories
  • 1 Croissant – 231 calories
  • Total 8:30 am Breakfast calories = 591 (109 calories under allotment)

Monday, 9:30 am Snack (3) (100 + 8:30 am Breakfast leftover = 209 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1/2 Snack Bag of Golden Oreos – 2450 calories
  • Total 9:30 am Breakfast calories = 250 (41 calories over allotment)

Monday, 10:30 am Snack (4) (100 – 9:30 am Snack (3) overage = 59 calories allotted): at work

  • 1/5 Bottle of Orange Strawberry Sunny D – 60 calories
  • 1/2 Snack Bag of Golden Oreos – 250 calories
  • Total 10:30 am Breakfast calories = 310 (251 calories over allotment)

Monday, 12:30 pm Lunch (500 + 1 Missed Snack (5) – 10:30 am Snack (4) overage = 349 calories allotted): at work

  • 1/5 Bottle of Orange Strawberry Sunny D – 60 calories
  • Stax Cheddar Chips – 289 calories
  • Total 12:30 pm Lunch calories = 349 (0 calories under allotment)

Monday, 1:30 pm Snack (6) (100 calories allotted)

  • Forgot to record what I ate at this time. Adding 100 calories.
  • Total 1:30 pm Snack (6) calories = 100 (0 calories under allotment)

Monday, 2:30 pm Snack (7) (100 calories allotted)

  • 3 Cups of Fresh Fruit – 306 calories
  • Total 2:30 pm Snack (6) calories = 306 (206 calories under allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 591 + 250 + 310 + 349 + 100 + 306 = 1,906 as of 3:00 pm.
