My Daily Food Diary – Day 113

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, September 5, I weighed in at 253.5 pounds – 3.5 pounds more than I weighed after finding out that I was misreading my scale. I have lost 13 pounds and gained 14.5 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, September 12.

AM Notes

SUNDAY FOOD & DRINKS

I recently decided to start a high-fat, low-carb diet based on some revelations from Dr. Mark Hyman, MD. I also increased my daily calorie limit to 2,500 since I am getting up earlier and going to bed later due to school, work, and other commitments.

Sunday, 5:30 am Breakfast (500 = calories allotted)

  • 3 Cups of Fresh Fruit – 306 calories
  • Corn Chips – 150 calories
  • Total 10:30 am Breakfast calories = 456 (44 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 7:30 am Snack (1) (100 + 1 Missed Snack (2) + Breakfast leftover = 244 calories allotted)

  • 1/5 bottle of Orange Strawberry Sunny D – 60 calories
  • 1 Croissant – 231 calories
  • Total 7:30 am Snack (1) calories = 291 (47 calories over allotment)

Sunday, 1:00 pm Lunch (500 + 4 Missed Snacks (2, 3, 4, 5) – 7:30 am Snack (1) overage = 853 calories allotted)

  • 3 Cups of Fresh Fruit – 306 calories
  • 1 Bowl of Green Grapes – 102 calories
  • Total 1:00 pm Snack (1) calories = 408 (445 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 3:00 pm Snack (7) (100 + 1 Missed Snack (6) + 1:00 pm Lunch leftover = 645 calories allotted)

  • 1/2 Snack Apple Pie – 150 calories
  • Corn Chips – 200 calories
  • 1 Bowl of Green Grapes – 102 calories
  • Total 3:00 pm Snack (1) calories = 452 (193 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 7:00 pm Dinner (500 + 3 Missed Snacks (8, 9, 10) + 3:00 pm Snack leftover = 993 calories allotted)

  • 1/2 Bottle of Orange Strawberry Sunny D – 150 calories
  • 1 Cheddar Brat With Chilli – 470 calories
  • Total 7:00 pm Snack (1) calories = 620 (373 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 9:00 pm Snack (11) (2,500 – Total Calories Consumed as of current time (2,227)) = 273 calories allotted)

  • 1/2 Snack Apple Pie – 150 calories
  • 1 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup – 100 calories
  • Total 9:00 pm Snack (11) calories = 250 (23 calories under allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 456 + 291 + 408 + 452 + 620 + 250 = 2,477 as of 10:00 pm.
