My Daily Food Diary – Day 109

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 29, I weighed in at 250 pounds – the same weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 13 pounds and gained 11 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, September 5.

AM Notes


Didn’t count calories in the morning while I was working hard on my coding project for web design class tonight; but for sure it was somewhere in the thousands since I was snacking and working at the same time. Just going to record 1,200 calories up to now (5:41 pm).

Wednesday, 6:00 pm Dinner (500 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 Bottle of Brisk Fruit Punch – 75 calories
  • 1/2 Original Chicken Sandwich from Burger King – 330 calories
  • Doritos Chips – 335 calories
  • Total 6:00 pm Lunch Calories = 740 (240 calories over allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 1,200 + 740 = 1,940 as of 6:00 pm.

As of this evening my music page ranked  #2 in the Singer / Songwriter category locally (West Des Moines, Iowa) and #2 regionally (Des Moines, Iowa / Ames, Iowa), #500 out of 7,047 nationally, and #745 out of 11,528 Globally!

Tomorrow I will be posting videos for some of my old songs that never made it to the video floor. These will just be lyric videos, but they’ll give you something to watch while you learn the words.
