My Daily Food Diary – Day 106

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 29, I weighed in at 250 pounds – the same weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 13 pounds and gained 11 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, September 5.

AM Notes

SUNDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Sunday, 2:30 am Overnight Snack (counting as Breakfast since I will not eat again until after 10 am) (500 calories allotted). Went to sleep around 7:00 am.

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • Corn Chips – 150 calories
  • 1/2 Bag of Red Vine Licorice – 250 calories
  • Total 2:30 am Breakfast Calories = 400 (100 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 10:00 am Brunch (500 + 2 Missed Snacks + 2:30 am Breakfast leftover = 800 calories allotted)

  • 8 oz of Vanilla Almond Milk – 80 calories
  • 2 Pkgs. of Instant Oatmeal With Raisins, Dates, and Almonds – 280 calories
  • 3 Slices of Summer Sausage – 190 calories
  • Total 10:00 am Brunch Calories = 350 (450 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 12:00 pm Snack(3) (100 + 11:00 am Brunch leftover = 550 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 Bottle of Mango Smoothie – 130 calories
  • 1 Snack Bag of Imperial Nuts Energy Blend – 440 calories
  • Total 12:00 pm Snack(3) Calories = 570 (20 calories over allotment)

Sunday, 2:45 pm Snack(4) (100 – 12:00 pm Snack(3) overage = 80 calories allotted)

  • 1/3 Bottle of Brisk Tea With Lemon – 70 calories
  • 1 Stick of Sugar Free Watermelon Gum – 5 calories
  • Total 2:45 pm Snack(4) Calories = 75 (5 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 5:00 pm Dinner (500 + 2:45 pm Snack(4) leftover = 505 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 Bottle of Brisk Fruit Punch – 45 calories
  • 1/2 Chocolate Cupcake – 100 calories
  • Corn Chips – 300 calories
  • 4 Red Vines Licorice Twists – 133 calories
  • Total 5:00 pm Snack(4) Calories = 533 (28 calories over allotment)

Sunday, 8:00 pm Snack(5) (100 – 5:00 pm Dinner overage = 72 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1 Burrito – 250 calories
  • Total 3:00 pm Lunch Calories = 230 (158 calories over allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 400 + 350 + 570 + 75 + 533 + 230 = 2,158 as of 9:56 pm.
