My Daily Food Diary – Day 105
Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 29, I weighed in at 250 pounds – the same weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 13 pounds and gained 11 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, September 5.
AM Notes
- Take morning meds.
- Take daily vitamins. I take a Nutrilite Women’s Pack everyday.
- Listen to music.
- Post a daily devotional.
- Update my portfolio.
- Serve up some psychology on a Mental Platter.
- Manage Courses.
SATURDAY FOOD & DRINKS
Saturday, 12:30 am Overnight Snack (counting as Breakfast since I will not eat again until after 10 am) (500 calories allotted). Went to sleep around 2 am.
- 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
- 1 Bowl of Apple Jacks Cereal With 2% Milk – 420 calories
- Total 12:30 am Breakfast Calories = 420 (80 calories under allotment)
Saturday, 11:00 am Lunch (500 + 2 Missed Snacks + 12:30 am Breakfast leftover = 780 calories allotted)
- 1/4 Bottle of Brisk Fruit Punch – 45 calories
- 1 Chicken Egg Roll – 229.2 calories
- 1 Pkg. of Turtles Candy – 260 calories
- Total 11:00 am Lunch Calories = 534.2 (245.8 calories under allotment)
Saturday, 1:00 pm Snack(3) (100 + 11:00 am Lunch leftover = 345.8 calories allotted)
- 1/8 Bottle of Mango Smoothie – 65 calories
- 1 Snack Bag of Imperial Nuts Energy Blend – 440 calories
- Total 1:00 pm Snack(3) Calories = 505 (125 calories under allotment)
- Took a nap until 6:30 pm
Saturday, 8:00 pm Dinner (500 + 1 Missed Snack – 1:00 pm Snack(3) overage = 475 calories allotted)
- 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
- 2 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls – 195
- 1 Pkg. of Cheddar Cheese Peanut Butter Crackers – 150 calories
- Total 8:00 pm Dinner Calories = 345 (130 calories under allotment)
Saturday, 10:00 pm Snack (100 + 8:00 pm Donner leftover = 230 calories allotted)
- 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
- 1 Slim Jim Beef Stick – 130 calories
- 3 Red Vines Licorice Strings – 100 calories
- Total 3:00 pm Lunch Calories = 230 (0 calories under allotment)
Total Calories Consumed: 420 + 534.2 + 505 + 345 + 230 = 2,034.2 as of 9:00 pm.
