My Daily Food Diary – Day 104

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 22, I weighed in at 250 pounds – the same weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 13 pounds and gained 11 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 29.

AM Notes

FRIDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Friday, 9:30 am Snack(1) (100 + Missed Breakfast = 600 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 2 Sticks of Sugar Free Watermelon Gum – 10 calories
  • Total 9:30 am Snack(1) Calories = 10 (590 calories under allotment)

Friday, 11:00 am Snack(2) (100 + 9:30 am Snack(1) leftover = 690 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1 Snack Pkg of Peanut Butter Filled Cheddar Crackers – 150 calories
  • Total 11:00 am Snack(2) Calories = 150 (540 calories under allotment)

Friday, 1:00 pm Snack(3) (100 + 11:00 am Snack(2) leftover = 640 calories allotted)

  • 1 Pkg. of Turtles Candies – 260 calories
  • Total 1:00 pm Snack(3) Calories = 260 (380 calories under allotment)

Friday, 3:00 pm Lunch (500 + 1:00 pm Snack(3) leftover = 880 calories allotted)

  • 1/3 Bottle of Brisk Lemon Iced Tea – 95 calories
  • 1/2 Bag of Caesar Salad With Dressing 255 calories
  • 2 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls – 195
  • 1 Slim Jim – 130 calories
  • 1 Pkg. of Turtles Candies – 260 calories
  • Total 3:00 pm Lunch Calories = 935 (55 calories over allotment)

Friday, 7:00 pm Snack(4) (100 – 3:00 pm Lunch overage = 45 calories over allotment)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1 Oatmeal Raisin Cookie – 120 calories
  • Total 7:00 pm Snack(4) Calories = 120 (75 calories over allotment)

Friday, 9:00 pm Dinner (500 – 7:00 pm Snack(4) overage = 425 calories allotted)

  • 8 oz of Brisk Fruit Punch – 45 calories
  • Stir Fry With Chicken and Brown Rice – 437 calories
  • 2 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups – 210 calories
  • Total 6:45 pm Snack Calories = 570 (145 calories over allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 10 + 150 + 260 + 935 + 120 + 570 = 2,045 as of 9:00 pm.
