My Daily Food Diary – Day 103

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 22, I weighed in at 250 pounds – the same weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 13 pounds and gained 11 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 29.

AM Notes

THURSDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Had cereal around 2 am. Went to sleep around 4 am. My son woke me up around 7:30 am. Today is his first day of full-time, online school.

Thursday, 2:00 am Overnight Snack (counting as Breakfast since I will sleep through the 6:30 am hour) (500 calories allotted)

  • 8 oz of Vanilla Almond Milk – 80 calories
  • 3 cups of Frosted Flakes Cereal – 444 calories
  • Total 11:25 am Lunch Calories = 524 (24 calories over allotment)

Thursday, 12:30 pm Lunch (500 + 2 Missed Snacks – 2:00 am Breakfast overage = 676 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 8 oz of Vanilla Almond Milk – 80 calories
  • 2 Pkgs of Instant Oatmeal With Raisins, Dates, and Almonds – 280 calories
  • 1 Sick of Sugar Free Watermelon Gum – 5 calories
  • Total 12:30 pm Lunch Calories = 365 (311 calories under allotment)

Thursday, 4:30 pm Snack (100 + 1 Missed Snack + 12:30 pm Lunch leftover = 511 calories allotted): at work

  • 1/3 Bottle of Brisk Strawberry Melon Juice – 60 calories
  • 1/2 Bag of Red Vines Licorice – 250 calories
  • Total 4:30 pm Snack Calories = 310 (201 calories over allotment)

Thursday, 6:30 pm Dinner (500 + 4:30 pm Snack leftover = 810 calories allotted)

  • 1 1/4 Baked Potatoes With Margarine and Cream Cheese – 418.75
  • Total 6:30 pm Dinner Calories = 418.75 (391.25 calories under allotment)

Thursday, 8:30 pm Snack (100 + 6:30 pm Dinner leftover = 491.25 calories allotted)

  • 1/2 Bag of Red Vines Licorice – 250 calories
  • Total 6:45 pm Snack Calories = 250 (241.25 calories over allotment)

Thursday, 10:00 pm Snack (100 + 8:30 pm Snack leftover = 341.25 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 Bag of Corn Chips – 320 calories
  • Total 10:30 pm Snack Calories = 320 (241.25 calories over allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 524 + 365 + 310 + 418.75 + 250 + 320 = 2,187.75 as of 10:00 pm.

I recently launched a video blog category on this site. Yep, I’m now a YouTuber. I hope to post two or three videos a week, or maybe more if I get inspired. Hope you’ll check out my YouTube channel and subscribe for updates. I’m using my day off tomorrow to create some new videos. Tune in for those tomorrow evening. I had wanted to create one today, but I have to work the afternoon shift, have class in the evening, and it was the first day of online school for my son so I “attended” his first morning session before going to work. But tomorrow and this weekend I should have time to write some scripts and create some cool content.
