— MY FOOD MEMO FOR WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 26, 2020

Yesterday was the second evening of orientation for my Full Stack Web Design bootcamp. I wrote a letter to my future self that I will return to if and when there are moments that I feel like giving up. I have some Web design experience, so I am not really sure how difficult this school is going to be. On the other hand, it’s like a black box, I really don’t know what to expect. Tonight is the last day of orientation before classes officially start on Monday (August 31). Let’s go Lambda!

My Daily Food Diary – Day 102

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 22, I weighed in at 250 pounds – the same weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 13 pounds and gained 11 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 29.

AM Notes

WEDNESDAY FOOD & DRINKS

I decided to continue fasting until my afternoon break at work.

Wednesday, 11:25 am Lunch (500 + Missed Breakfast + 2 Missed Snacks = 1,200 calories allotted): at work

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 8 oz of Vanilla Almond Milk – 80 calories
  • 2 Pkgs of Instant Oatmeal With Raisins, Dates, and Almonds – 280 calories
  • Total 11:25 am Lunch Calories = 360 (840 calories under allotment)

Wednesday, 2:30 pm Snack (100 + 11:25 am Lunch leftover = 940 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1/2 Bottle of Mango Peach Juice – 200 calories
  • 7 Red Vines Licorice – 233.33
  • 1/2 Bag of Corn Chips – 640 calories
  • Total 2:30 pm Snack Calories = 1,073.33 (133.33 calories over allotment)

Wednesday, 5:19 pm Snack (100 calories allotted)

  • 2 Red Vines Licorice – 67 calories
  • Total 5:19 pm Snack Calories = 67 (33 calories under allotment)

Wednesday, 6:45 pm Dinner (500 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 Bottle of Mango Peach Juice – 100 calories
  • 1/2 Cup of Walnuts – 261.5 calories
  • 1 1/2 Taco Sandwiches – 330.3
  • Total 6:45 pm Snack Calories = 691.8 (191.8 calories over allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 360 + 1,073.33 + 67 + 691.8 = 2,192.13 as of 7:34 pm.

Whew, cut it close tonight – just over 2,000. It’s almost time for Lambda School orientation, day three. So, I’m checking out. Tomorrow I am starting a video blog.
