— MY FOOD MEMO FOR MONDAY, AUGUST 24, 2020 —
When class is in full swing 5 days a week nightly (beginning today, August 24th), and I am still working during the day, I might not have time to post my daily blogs every day. I might have to do summaries every couple of days. So, stay tuned if you don’t see a post every night at 10:00 pm or every morning at 7:00 if you read my devotionals.
My Daily Food Diary – Day 100
Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 22, I weighed in at 250 pounds – the same weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 13 pounds and gained 11 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 29.
- Take morning meds.
- Take daily vitamins. I take a Nutrilite Women’s Pack everyday.
- Listen to music.
- Post a daily devotional.
- Update my portfolio.
- Serve up some psychology on a Mental Platter.
- Manage Courses.
- Work the party (’cause when we work, it’s a party).
I thought yesterday would be my last free, no-diet day for a while, but I had to celebrate today – this is my centennial day! Today marks 100 days that I have been dieting, and I am still at the same weight as when I started. That may not sound like a grand achievement, but I managed not to gain twenty pounds eating whatever I wanted for a whole 100 days! Also, my full-stack web development school orientation starts tonight. I probably won’t have time time to make more updates to this blog before it’s very late at night.
Here’s what I did yesterday before becoming an Independent Udemy Instructor.
ATTENTION! Since My Psych Teacher is now incorporated as a Limited Liability Company, I need to separate my personal life from the business accounts. This also means moving my personal blog from the company site. I recently commandeered mypsychteacheruniversity.com for the courses from My Psych Teacher University – a division of My Psych Teacher LLC. Now, mypsychteacher.com is reserved for the parent company. So, as of tonight, I am moving my weight loss journey blog from mypsychteacher.com, to my personal website here at shenicargraham.com. Don’t forget to subscribe via email for updates.
